How to Request Deletion
- In-app option: Open Roomsy and go to Settings -> Delete Account.
- Email option: Send an email to reportstonick@gmail.com from the same email address associated with your Roomsy account.
- Include: A clear statement that you want your Roomsy account deleted.
Response Timeline
- We acknowledge deletion requests within 3 days.
- We complete account deletion within 7 days.
What Data Is Deleted
When your request is processed, all data is deleted except data that may be retained under Section 12 of the Roomsy Privacy Policy.

What Data May Be Kept and For How Long
Data retention after deletion is governed by Section 12 of the Roomsy Privacy Policy.
- Standard post-deletion retention period: 7 days.
- Some records may be retained longer only where Section 12 allows it (for example legal, safety, fraud, or enforcement reasons).
If you want archived data removed after account deletion, email reportstonick@gmail.com. Requests are handled according to Section 12, including any applicable exceptions.
Important Verification Rule
If a deletion request is sent from an email address that is not linked to the Roomsy account, we cannot process the request. Please resend from the account-linked email address.
